Version 4.2.4

Release Date: August 20, 2026

Squad Practice, Properly Together: Register for a scheduled squad practice so your squad knows you’re coming, and get a reminder ten minutes before it starts. The lobby opens ten minutes early so everyone can gather and wait together, and your host is reminded when it’s time to begin. Arriving a little late is fine — you can still join in the first few minutes.
Stay Together After You Finish: When a squad practice ends, the room stays open. Send a greeting, thank the people you practised with, and finish together when you’re ready.
Squads Earn XP for Practising Together: Your squad now earns XP for every practice you do together, based on how long you practised and how many of you were there.
Find a Squad Worth Joining: Browsing squads now shows what a squad is actually like — how much it practises, what’s coming up and who’s in it — and owners choose what visitors can see.

A Clearer Squad Page: Practices, members and contributions each have their own tab. The member list can be sorted by name or by who joined first.
Tools for Squad Owners: Owners can view a member’s profile, remove a member, and look at someone’s profile before accepting them into the squad.
Private Squads: “Private squad” replaces “Disable squad”: your squad stays hidden and closed to newcomers, while everything inside it keeps working as normal.
Fortitude for Practising Together: Fortitude awards now arrive for squad and buddy practice too, exactly as they do when you practise alone.
Routine Details at a Glance: Routine lists show how many practices a routine has and how many times you’ve practised it.
Back to the Free Plan in One Tap: If a routine is using VIP-only settings, one tap brings it back inside the free plan.
Gentle Music Endings: Background music fades gently at the end of a squad practice, just as it does when you practise alone.

Program Milestones: Program milestones are now awarded reliably. If one was missed in the past, it’s already waiting in your account to claim.
Live Events on the Web: Live events on the web now play properly, and tapping for sound works.
